Obverse: Laureate bust of Severus right with SEVERVS PIVS AVG around.
Reverse: PM TRP XV COS III PP Winged victory standing right, foot on helmet, inscribing shield on palm tree.
Materials and method: Struck in good quality silver from engraved dies.
Die engraver: Unknown engraver at the mint of Rome.
Date of minting: Attributed to the year 207 AD.
Origin: Attributed to the mint of Rome. No mint mark.
Dimensions: 18 mm diameter.
Condition: Almost extremely fine. Some minor cleaning scratches evident.
